Emma Goes to the E.M.U.
Emma Goes to the EMU is a children’s book I designed during my internship at WVU Medicine Children’s Hospital. The book follows Emma's journey to the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) to get an EEG. Because the process of getting an EEG can seem scary on the outside, the book is meant to show elementary-age children that getting an EEG isn’t all that bad (maybe even a little fun!).
